Explore AI Operations
People stay in control.
Assisted
AI drafts. Your team finishes.
- Who does the work
- An employee, with AI
- Who approves
- The same employee, as they work
- What is recorded
- The finished work
- If something is off
- The employee completes it by hand
Approval required
AI prepares. A person approves.
- Who does the work
- An AI agent
- Who approves
- A designated approver
- What is recorded
- The proposal and the approval
- If something is off
- The approver rejects it or asks for a new draft
Within limits
AI acts inside rules you set.
- Who does the work
- An AI agent
- Who approves
- Rules your team approved in advance
- What is recorded
- Every action and decision
- If something is off
- The exception goes to a person
People approve anything that could cost money, affect a customer, or create a compliance consequence. Autonomy grows only after the work proves reliable.
Know what it is worth.Time returned is capacity. Cash only moves when a cost falls.
Your numbers
Illustrative only. Not a forecast or a promise of savings.
Time returned each month
108 hours
Of 217 hours spent on these tasks.
Team capacity
$4,875
a month, at your hourly cost
Cash freed
$0
a month
Cash moves only when a cost falls, such as overtime, contractor spend, or a hire you no longer need.
How this is calculated
- Tasks each month = tasks each week × 52 ÷ 12
- Hours spent = tasks each month × minutes each task ÷ 60
- Time returned = hours spent × time saved on each task
- Team capacity = time returned × hourly cost
- Cash freed = team capacity × share that becomes a cost you stop paying
Subtract what the system costs to run each month to see net cash.
